By accessing or using ClinicTech's website (clinictech.io), platform (app.clinictech.io), or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ClinicTech is operated by Caddie AI Inc.
ClinicTech provides a CRM and patient engagement platform for regenerative medicine and wellness clinics. Our Services include smart intake forms, automated follow-up sequences, patient portals, review generation, online scheduling, and travel concierge tools.
ClinicTech Patient Messaging
ClinicTech sends text messages on behalf of regenerative medicine and wellness clinics to their patients and leads. Messages include appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, intake form links, treatment information, and post-treatment check-ins.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a ClinicTech-powered intake form, website contact form, or during a clinic consultation, you consent to receive text messages from ClinicTech or the clinic you are engaging with. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the clinic. You may receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all text messages sent and received.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Messages are sent via standard SMS through supported US carriers. Carrier support may vary.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Caddie AI Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddie AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
ClinicTech implements security measures aligned with HIPAA requirements. Clinics using our platform to handle protected health information (PHI) should contact us to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
